Julia — Wellness WPB
Meet Julia

The Woman Behind the Work.

Julia Malvido is a Licensed Massage Therapist, certified Pilates Mat and Yoga Instructor, and breathwork facilitator with more than seven years of experience helping people reconnect with their bodies through movement, mindful breathing, and therapeutic touch. Her approach combines massage therapy, Pilates, yoga, stretching, breathwork, and relaxation to create a personalized experience that supports both physical and mental well-being. Julia believes that wellness is not one-size-fits-all, and she adapts each session to meet the individual needs of her clients. Over the years, Julia has taught Pilates and yoga in studios, private settings, retreats, and community spaces, and has led wellness retreats in Miami, Texas, West Palm Beach, and Tennessee. She is also the founder and owner of El Templo Argentina, a retreat center in La Rioja, Argentina, created as a space for movement, nature, breathwork, meditation, and meaningful connection. Today, through her work in massage therapy and movement, Julia brings together everything she loves—healing touch, mindful movement, breath, and human connection—to help her clients slow down, feel better, and reconnect with themselves.

Her Story

It Started With Her Own Healing.

Julia didn't stumble into wellness — she was called to it. After years of living in a body she didn't fully understand, pushing through stress, ignoring signals, and treating rest as a reward rather than a necessity, something shifted. A single massage session cracked something open. She realized that the body holds everything — every unprocessed emotion, every sleepless night, every moment of joy — and that skilled, intentional touch could begin to release it.

That realization sent her on a years-long journey of study, practice, and personal transformation. She trained in  Pilates, then yoga, then breathwork and massage— not collecting certifications, but genuinely seeking to understand the body from every angle. Each discipline deepened her understanding of the others. She began to see wellness not as a series of separate practices, but as one integrated conversation between the body, breath, and mind.

Today, Julia brings that integrated perspective to every client she works with in West Palm Beach. Whether she's working deep into muscle tissue, guiding a pilates mat class, Vinyasa flow, or holding space for a breathwork journey, the intention is always the same: help this person come home to themselves.

Off the Mat

What Fills Her Cup.

Julia lives what she teaches. Her mornings begin with breathwork and movement — not because she has to, but because she's experienced firsthand what happens when she doesn't. She's a creature of ritual: the same quiet coffee, the same walk, the same few minutes of stillness before the day begins.

She's endlessly curious about the body and the mind — always reading, always learning, always asking questions. She finds inspiration in the ocean, in long conversations, in the moment a client's nervous system finally lets go. She believes deeply that the practitioner's own wellness is the foundation of everything they offer.

When she's not in session, you'll find her exploring South Florida's natural spaces, cooking for people she loves, or somewhere on a mat — practicing what she preaches, one breath at a time.

  • Daily breathwork & movement practice
  • Continuous learning & study
  • Ocean, nature & outdoor restoration
  • Community, connection & deep conversation
